New Have It Made® Campaign by Clayton Homes Launches

Talk about timing. I was chatting with Kevin Clayton, CEO of Clayton Homes the other day and he mentioned that they were working on a new national campaign. Have it Made® goes live tomorrow, and we are willing to bet that it will change the way you look at a factory built home.

We've heard rumors that this campaign was coming for awhile and even found an unauthorized link to the video a few months ago. We immediately fell in love with the story it shared and the human side of home ownership.  It's also very exciting that it was shot in Texas in the Bristol model by SE Homes of Texas. Great choice, and a great home.

Back to timing. This is a home that is being built in Texas right now and is available to people who have lost their homes during Hurricane Harvey. It is affordable, built to national HUD codes, and can be built quickly and efficiently in an ISO 14001 facility which means they have been accredited for their green building practices and creating minimal waste.

This is the time for cities and consumers to start thinking about factory built homes in a new way. Could manufactured and modular homes be a great solution for rebuilding after Hurricane Harvey? Absolutely.
