Permission Marketing - By Invitation Only in Manufactured Housing
We are flattered. It's become obvious that we have some of the most respected insight and images about the manufactured housing industry because we give a fair, positive view of what is happening in this fast paced form of affordable and progressive housing.
We think that you have a right to know what good things are happening - there are so many of them there's no time to dwell on others misfortunes or "fake news." We have known for weeks about a housing plant closing, which is a shame because they built beautiful, well-constructed homes. We are happy to let another "source" be the "#1" to report this because we won't.
If you want beautiful photography and exclusive interviews with the people who are making things happen, you have come to the right place. We get invitations and permission to cover exclusive events with access and photo opportunities that no one else gets because of our reputation. We only print what is a fair and positive view of the event. We hate that others have abused this privilege, and in the process make it harder for everyone. If you see images from an event where it has been clearly stated they have been asked not to take images or to record, and they have not been given permission to do so, this is probably someone you don't want to invite to your event.
Lisa Stewart Photography has an extensive library of images that she has taken over the past 20 years with permission from the various events, manufacturers, and shows. Not only does she capture the energy of our industry, she also has been hired to photograph some of the most important celebrities and personalities of our time. We are honored that she chooses to share these images with American Housing Advocates and we always use them with her written permission. We respect the fact that this is her career - how she makes a living and we don't hide behind misunderstood assumptions that anyone can use these without her permission. We are shocked that others have been asked by her to not use her photography that they weren't given permission to use, yet they insist on using it to profit off of.
If you need stock photography, awards photos, or a specific image of a manufactured homeor event we know she would love to hear from you. She can supply an image with the right resolution so it doesn't look like it has been stolen off someone else's website.
In a few days, we have been invited to be the first to tour a new manufactured housing community in the Dallas Ft Worth area that is going to be really special. The owner has done a lot of research about what millennial consumers are looking for - we can't wait to see the results! This is an exclusive that we are looking forward to sharing.
