The 2016 MHI National Congress and Expo: Opening The Doors of Opportunity For Manufactured Housing

As an authorized media source for this event we have lots to share, but here are a few facts to help you understand how many great things are going on in Manufactured Housing right now.
In the last 7 years, deliveries of our homes have gone from approximately 47,000 to over 70,000 in 2015. That means we have been experiencing a 8% annual growth which is a step in the right direction!
This years Congress had over 1,000 registered attendees - the most since 2008 and by the end of this event they may have even surpassed that number.
The exhibit hall space had been expanded and still was sold out. There were lots of great exhibitors with innovative products and attendees spent a lot of time learning about what those companies offered.
The amount of developers attending the developer seminar on Tuesday was twice as many as last year. There was a lot of interest in how factory built homes can be used in new home developments.
There was a unanimous sentiment that the MHI staff are doing a wonderful job under the leadership of President and CEO Dick Jennison.
The future of manufactured housing is bright, and the excitement surrounding the Congress and Expo shows that we are back and stronger than ever!
